I saw on rotoworld that Morris was retiring but on Reds web Walt said in press yesterday that he might be interested in him. What is up?

Please Walt no. Morris is done he left his best days in St. Louis a long time ago. Stay Away!!!
No. When Jocketty was interviewed he said he knew Matt and really liked him, but didn't know if he was a fit. Basically the polite way of saying "Thanks, but no thanks."
Ya I think Jocketty was trying to nicely say no.
I don't think we need to look as washed up guys anymore. Not when we have plenty of good young arms in the minors. Now if Jim Bowden were here, Matt Morris would be on the payroll, along with a few other washed up pitchers.
Matt Morris is better than Matt Belisle or Josh Fogg. I'd take him at the league minimum.
Nah, I'll pass. He'd probably bring that goofy St. Louis hair under the lip goatee-like trend to Cincinnati. I still have nightmares of Scott Spezio and his "hot pink" lip hair. Plus, he has stunk on the mound too.

NO NO NO NO NO. The tank is empty and has long rusted off the beat up old ford.
While we're at it.....let's give Homer Bailey to the Pirates because we feel sorry for them, too.
