I was looking at his numbers earlier today and thought of making a similar thread. Yeah, his numbers are simply miserable.
Lopez might be doing a bit better, but I will take Phillips and Kepp over him any day.

Kearns has actually been hitting better since May 1st: .310/.412/.414

He was at a season low of .182 on April 30th, and hit an anemic .161/.278/.247 for the month of April.

My hunch is that Austin will be back to his usual .265/.350/.450 by the end of the year.

Oh come on; you're talking about 21 PA. For his career, Dunn has a line of .232/.374/.483/.858 in close and late situations. That's quite a bit better (and a much larger sample) than what you've tossed up on this thread. Personally, I think the split is specious. Runs all count the same no matter when they score.
