Colina hits a sac fly, the Bats 3rd of the game, and the Bats lead it 9-1 in the second inning.

The 2nd inning is finally over in the Louisville game. What a shame, they only put 8 runs on the board.

Chattanooga and Louisville brought the whooping sticks to the ballpark today. Chattanooga has scored six runs through two innings and Louisville has scored 10 and maybe more.

Bruce, at this point, has just about defeated AAA. He is ready.

Guttierez should come up to AAA to replace Bruce. I think he has played some outfield. Gut has defeated AA. His OBP is approaching .500.

Dorn just got back, but soon he'll be ready to move back to AA to take over for Gut.

I know people are counting on Stubbs in the near future, but I think Dorn is one of those guys people are overlooking, along with Heisey (SP?) when they talk about future OF's in 09. Heisey may be an 2010 guy, but if Dorn can get his bat back to what it was last year, I think this guy can be a LF for the Reds in 09. But, since I am only basing this on his stats, maybe those who actually follow these 2 can fill me in a little more.

There's nothing more for him to do. Nothing.

Five pitch walk for Bruce. He's 1-for-1 with a 2-run triple and two walks.

Andy Phillips just doubled off the wall. If I weren't watching the game I would swear it was 'fan gets to pitch to the Bats day'.

5 pitches? Bleh. He's obviously not seeing enough pitches now. He should swing and miss a few more times to see additional pitches.

Hitting is contagious sometimes. Or maybe they're all motivated just a tad bit today after seeing Janish get the call last night.
