Ravin gives up a homer to Preston Mattingly, and yes, that is Don's son.

What did his line look like?

Seemed to show some flashes. The curve got called for a couple strike 3's in a row there. Some quick outs here and there. The first run didn't seem to be a huge deal. Just seemed to lose a little bit and got rang up for a HR, double and then it kinda came apart.

Overall, not a bad showing, I think he held his own. Command still isn't quite there, but the curve's thrown for strike 3's are encouraging.

Still, I think he pitched better than his line would indicate from listening to it.

Just by reading your updates you get the sense he pitched better than his line indicates. I did't come away impressed, but a bit encouraged he seemed to hold his own a bit. Thats big strides for him given his year last year.
