With the callups, Chatanooga is quite a minor league team right now. Cumberland, Gutierrez, Valaika, Strait, Turner, Dorn on the way, Tatum, Thompson, Roenicke, Viola, Manuel. I'm sure I'm leaving out quite a few.

This pitcher Manuel, who I think used to be with the Mets org, is pitching great in relief this year.

Besides Bruce, none of the other Louisville outfielders are equal to Cumberland. I would have no trouble promoting him and sending one of the other Louisville outfielders to AA.

    Louisville wins 5-3.

Herrera gave up his first run tonight. ERA now 0.66.

Maloney's line: 6.1 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 4 K. He cruised for the first six innings then ran into trouble in the seventh. He ends with the win - season numbers now 5-2, 4.91 ERA.

And Jay Bruce now has a 1.310 OPS in May!
