Hairston with a bananas throw to first. What in god's name was that.

Jerry Hairston playing SS costs the Reds 2 runs.

Hopefully that got Dusty's attention. Janish needs to play everyday. Hairston has much more value off the bench than in the starting lineup.

Janish only makes that play 99% of the time. Dusty is dumb.

That's why Jerry Hairston shouldn't be playing shortstop. It was just a matter of time.

    Are we missing Country Kepp?

This is so frustrating that we put that black hole at SS.

Hairton short armed that one. Completely rushed the throw. WTG Jerry!
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Thanks Dusty. It's clear to everyone but you that Hairston is not a SS.

Is there are reason that Janish gets called up and is not playing everyday?

It burns me when this happens with two outs. No excuse.

The error is awful, but walking Pierre with two outs in a boneheaded move.

That's a routine play for a decent SS.
