...at least he took a cab
He looked like he didn't realize there was a step down there.
I'm not even sure if you can tell he was drunk.
He didn't look drunk at all to me. Read the comments on TMZ, they all call TMZ out on what they were implying. He just misjudged the curb step off b/c he was talking to his friend.
Either way, at least he took a cab! Responsible athletes!

That sounded like a hard landing off of the curb.

Wow, is this what "celebrity news" has fallen to these days? Jeez...
Was that Homer Bailey in the background?
Why is this even on the internet? Everyone who has the ability to walk has taken a bad step before.
I like how the people commenting are calling them out on how stupid this "story" is. Gives me hope for the intelligence of people on the internet.
That's the first time I've seen anything on the "TMZ" website and with that, I see no reason to ever visit that site again.
Pretty weak. Not even funny or remotely interesting.
Does Griffey even drink? I seem to recall hearing that he does not.
Well if the Reds were all drunk on Monday it would explain their defense.
In a way this brings up some of the difficulties of a west coast trip. Here he is having dinner after the game that ended at around 1am eastern or body time. The travel really must be difficult to adjust to and expet to play well.
