That's a good point. I was thinking Freel to SS would give him an everyday spot that gets his bat into the lineup and his glove out of the outfield, and opens up a spot for Bruce in center. Unfortunatly SS isn't one of Freel's versatilities.Originally Posted by WebScorpion

They should have Belisle charting pitches for Harang. Maybe he'd notice that in 5 pitches Harang throws all 5 at a different speed. It's not just about location...if you vary speed AND location, it's exponentially harder to hit. Watch and learn, young pitchers.
