Try to answer objectively and not just as a Reds fan. I know...it's tough. :O)

Right now it's not even close. Volquez in a landslide. All it takes is one bad start, though.

It will be Volquez pitching to Josh Hamilton. That'll give the announcers plenty to talk about.

I don't think you can say " in a landslide" though. Lincecum has been lights out, as has Webb. Other than ERA, Edinson doesn't really hold that big of an edge over the others.

But does anybody really see the NL manager picking Edinson over Webb?

One thing that I always look at is how a certain pitcher does vs all-star manager.
Voquez hasnt faced Hurdle where as he has seen Webb so it wouldnt surprise me if Hurdle chose Webb if game was tomorrow.

I thought about voting for Webb, but I just can't see myself voting for him when Volquez is having such a great year.

Webb or Volquez seem to be at the top of the heap. Volquez has the Ks and the ERA but Webb has the record so far.

I think most of us feel Volquez "deserves" it but my post relates to who I feel will get picked. Hopefully if he keeps this up, they will prove me wrong.

Those are some ridiculous stat lines. Hard to say.

And yet people who are supposed to be reds fans, are still voting for Brandon Webb? No doubt the same Posters who want Adam Dunn traded... Or to bunt.

I voted for Volquez, and it would be awesome if it was him, but I think Webb will get the nod.

If EV is leading the League in K's and ERA, and is close in Wins. They gotta go with Volquez.
