This is a bad, bad matchup. We need to get to the rookie early.

    Re: Fogg vs. Jurrjens (5/31/08)

Dusty acctually got asked in a PC after the Harang shalacking by the Pirates...

Asked if he though of Fogg pitching there instead so Harang could pitch on normal rest versus the Braves...

Dusty replied... "No I didn't think of that"

more than likely nothing, however Jocketty has been on a tear as of late so it wouldn't surprise me to see him DFA'd or traded for 63 pounds of buffalo meat. Which would then be followed by the likes of Bailey or Maloney being called up for the 5th spot.

I think you see one of the triple A pitchers if Fogg gets drilled today.

How much do you all want to bet that Fogg is nails today? It makes no sense, which is exactly why I think it'll happen. Furthermore, for the long term, I'm not really sure it's the best thing that could occur.

Theres no question Fogg's line today will be 6IP 7K 1 BB 5H 0ER. As a result he will get 3 more starts which will have a combined line of 6IP 7K 12BB 23H 15ER:thumbdown

Thankfully we pretty much have a guarenteed win today though

    Re: Fogg vs. Jurrjens (5/31/08)

There is Hope... That Fogg goes like 3 IP, allows 9 Hits and 5 Runs, but yet the Reds still win because of there new found 1-2 hole Hitters get on Base so much, they actually WIN 7-5

That would be WIN-WIN for everyone, except FOGG, so that would work

My fingers are crossed that Fogg will be respectable today.

    FOGG SUCKS!

    He is not the answer.
