    Patterson: 11 for 63 in May. Bruce: 13 for 23 after June 1

    Man, ridiculous. I think these numbers are correct, I got them from someone, but just goes to show what can happen with one simple move to get a guy up. I love it!

    In another thread, someone was mentioning Hamilton's rbi's.
    I mentioned he had guys actually getting on in front of him like Kinsler and Young.
    Now without the likes of Patt/Janish in the 1 and 2 slot, we are seeing Jr-BP-Dunn coming up with Hairston/Bruce on. Quite a difference. Plus the fact Bruce has 6 rbi's himself.

    In his first week, he's had FIVE games where he reached base safely 3 or more times; Patterson only managed that twice in two months.

    A Dusty-proof lineup could make this a very exciting team.

    Right now the way they are swinging, it would be hard for any manager to screw it up.
