He's struggling with his control. Three walks and a hit already.

Not a very good debut for Watson:

    0.2 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 3 BB, 0 K
    I miss Adam Dunn.

Chattanooga trails 2-0 after six innings. This is only a seven inning game since they played a doubleheader.

Huntsville pitcher still has a no-hitter going into the 7th.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

The pitcher David Welch doubled off him. I mean hell, he's got more hits than the whole Lookout team tonight.

On the plus side, Watson did induce a pop-up to 2nd from Matt LaPorta with the bases juiced and just 1 out. The walks hurt him tonight, but it definitely could've been worse.

Watson doesn't normally have problems with control does he?

Before 2008, he averaged 2.40BB/9IP, which is excellent, but this year, he is more than tripling that (7.40/9). I've been wondering to myself if something's wrong with him physically.

Well lets hope that he gets back to last years numbers, and maybe last night was a little bit of jitters...

Wonder what pitch he is missing with, if it is his knuckle curve or can't locate the fastball...

During the broadcast last night the announcers noted that Watson's mechanics were all over the place. Could be a reason for his control going to the crapper.
