Bruce saw more pitches than Patterson and Hairston combined.

Bruce has seen 13 pitches in two atbats. Everyone else has seen 35.

Mr. On-Base Percentage is down to .237 now on the season in 158 plate appearances.

This is something historic we're watching here. I'm excited!

4 perfect innings for Myers. This could be a long night.

During games of April 10th through May 27th, Patterson put up a .167/.208/.219/.427 line over 122 plate appearances. He's 0-2 tonight already so if you extend it to now, that line is even worse.

For comparison purposes, the Chicago Cubs pitchers have a collective OPS of .543 so far this season in 146 plate appearances. Cardinals pitchers are putting up a .485 OPS, and Diamondback pitchers are putting up a .444 OPS this season.

Pitching staffs are providing more damage offensively than Corey Patterson.

That is absolutely incredible. I knew this guy has been bad, but that is almost beyond belief. Thanks for the numbers.
How do we know he's not Mel Torme?
