No, not yet. Lets see how he handles it once he cools down. No need to rush him right now, he's not a primary need on the big club right now.

I don't think he will make us forget Beckham but I would love to be wrong and he stays at SS and is adequate defensively but that's not likely to happen unless the good lord intervenes.Originally Posted by redhawk61

Certainly don't move him up yet. He was hitting 220 something just a little over a week ago. I want to see some consistency. I wouldn't be opposed to him spending the rest of the year in AA, start next year in AAA with an opportunity to make the club early if he continues to rake.
When Kepp and Gonzo comeback we are going to have quite the logjam at SS. Hairston is going to need a spot in the lineup, Janish likely will be demoted even though I like him on the bench and who know what we do with Gonzo...
