    From John Fay:

The Reds acquired right-hander Henry Arias from the Kansas City Royals Friday to complete the March 19 Brad Salmon trade. Arias, 23, was 2-3 with 3.78 ERA for Single-A Burlington. He will be assigned to Dayton.

Looks a little old to be in A ball.

And not exactly blowing people away.

Looks like filler pretty much. I don't have a scouting report but looking at his #'s and his age it doesn't look like he has much of a future. Looks like the type of guy who is too defense dependant.

    Here's his #'s.

    Henry Arias
Born:1/6/1985 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
    Bats:Right
    Throws:Right
This is his first year in A ball

We would have been better served keeping Brad Salmon.

He's never going to amount to anything more than he already has, the hand wringing over him and Denorfia has been if anything some of the most dramatic reactions to tweeners in the history of the franchise.
