    flyer you're too word efficient.

The owners, GM, manager, and coaches cannot hit, field, pitch or run for them, so the owners, GM, manager and coaches are not the answer to why, right ?

We each can observe the team and determine or conclude that, we can each look up the stats to find support for that determination or conclusion, but, why don't they pitch well, hit well, or field well? I don't know if their is more of an answer than your's, but I wonder if some might have one for the questions. Something deeper.

I'll call it a combination of bad coaching/strategy tactics, incomplete organization construction, and a lack of winning experience on the team. Add in the fact the Reds are simply lacking deep, quality pitching talent.
