Soto might be stuck in Billings until Francisco goes to Chattanooga and Waring goes to Sarasota.

That's something I have wondered as well. I don't know if he has the wheels but if he does that would be interesting. My gut says if he could they may have already moved him there, so I expect that he may be a COF if he doesn't stick at 3rd.

Blitz, unfortunately I think so. The darn kid is big and filling out, probably going to outgrow SS and CF as possible positions.
