    Stewart: 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K

He's thrown four perfect innings to begin his pro career. Trent says his stuff is just filthy and also says he'll be writing a story on Stewart later.

    Dayton trails 7-5 after 8 1/2.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

Ir would be awesome to get a strong R (Srewart)/L (Thurman) bullpen duo out of this draft. As relievers, I think both have the potential to move through the system fairly quickly (especially Stewart).

What is this "Green Dragons" stuff? Trent hitting the bong too hard again?

Does he mean 'Green" as in Young/Inexperienced?

I think it's a play on the fact that instead of South Bend just calling themselves the "Hawks," they call themselves the "Silver Hawks." I thought it was funny in a shake-your-head-as-you-chuckle sort of way.

Re: Tuesday June 24th minor league updates

Brandon Waring now has a 10-game hitting streak and is hitting .424 with two doubles and three homeruns and a 10 BB/12 K ratio in 33 atbats during that streak. It's really nice to see him starting to draw a lot of walks now. For the season his statline stands at .281/.362/.512 - .874 OPS with 14 doubles and 15 homeruns. The 15 homeruns lead the Reds minor league organization.
    I miss Adam Dunn.
