1. Against the similar market size - demographics of the city and surrounding area.

2.Within the same payroll budget range of 5 millions dollars. 79 mil-74mil-69mil

3. Within the same investor criteria for their investment portfolio regarding the specific franchise holdings. (how they directed their funds and assets were to be utilized or disbursed.)
Since general managers are their agents, and must act under prudent man theory, on the investors behalf.

I made sure I wrote those words, from finance and accounting correctly as is traditionaly accepted standards, norms, and practices, in the business world within the capitalistic market system, there is much validity.
