I hope I don't have to pay taxes...
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

I'm 40 but carry on like a man twice my age.

The year I turned 40 (my birthday's in December), my wife wrote in our annual Christmas letter, "Joe turned 40 this year and doesn't look a day under 50."

Joe, your family makes me smile.
What if this wasn't a rhetorical question?

    Re: Avg. Age?

So I'm 48, but thanks to the arthritis a lot of times I feel 68, although the wife says I still act like I'm 18 sometimes...

In those things which we commit to practice we can master, and with mastery we have the freedom to use these skills whenever we desire, without this practice we are slaves to our inability.

It's the same for active members (has posted this year), so there's no inactive user inflation going on.

    I had guessed 32 -- I'm good.

You were alive when the Reds were good. Isn't that reward enough?
