I think Joe Morgan and Johnny Temple are the answers to the Aflac question.

Keppinger singles. First and second with nobody out for Griffey.

    They have 13 pitchers today
I thought league average bullpen arms looked better than this

These guys are getting ahead 0-2 and haven't been able to put the hitters away.

Hopefully Griffey can go on a nice hot streak and some team will offer a decent prospect for him.

    Phillips singles. Still no outs.

I'd be inclined to let Burton go two innings today if necessary. As games go, this one is important to the Reds.

Phillips steals 2nd. He's up to 15 homeruns and 19 stolen bases. He probably won't reach 30/30 but 25/30 is a real possibility.

Dunn flies out to LF. Phillips tags and heads to third.

Offensive explosion by the Reds....we might get to page two in the game thread if this keeps up!

EdE lines out to center but Phillips tags and scores. 8-3 Reds.

Votto K's to end the inning.

    8-3 Reds after 3 1/2.

8-5 after a Fontenot 2-run homerun. Arroyo doesn't have it today. The Cubs patient hitters won't chase the curves.

Fontenot and Theriot kill the Reds.
