Anyone else see that article on Baseball Prospectus (which is free this week) that referred to Zach Cozart's offensive development as "shocking" four or five times?

Horst seems to be developing into a fine left handed pitching prospect. He's now got a 2.70 ERA in 66.2 innings while allowing only 44 hits (one homerun) with a stellar 25 BB/75 K ratio. That 2007 draft is looking better and better each day.

Is there an advantage to Josh being the closer where he is now as opposed to filling in the Todd Coffey role with the Reds?
That's gotta be why they're keeping him down right?
