    Does Jocketty need to upgrade his first four position batters?
    How ? Minors, trade, free agent ?

    The Reds on base percentage for each of the first four batting positions are below league averages
    #1 batting position is fourteenth out of 16 in the league
    #2 batting position is twelfth out of 16 in the league
    #3 batting position is twelfth out of 16 in the league
    #4 batting position is fifteenth out of 16 in the league

    Yes, and then he needs to explain to Dusty Baker how to fill out a lineup card. Dusty bats his low OBP guys 1-4 and his top guys 5-7. He finally seems to be figuring our that Votto should bat second and Bruce third. Now if he can just get Phillips out of the cleanup spot.
    I miss Adam Dunn.
