Votto singles in two runs! 4-0 Reds.

    I love Votto batting second.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

Arroyo gets two outs in the 6th inning and then walks back to back hitters on 8 straight balls.

Arroyo retires the first two hitters with ease to begin the 6th inning but then walks Braun and Fielder on eight straight pitches.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

I'm sure it's just my perception, but it seems like nearly every ball hit to SS has been a hit recently.

That ball was crushed, so I don't fault Keppinger, but man, it's been ugly.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Hart RBI single. Bad pitching by Arroyo, two outs and nobody on. Why in the world do you pitch around Braun? Throws strikes, if he goes deep it's only 4-1.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

You're exactly right. If the ball isn't hit right at him then it's a hit.

Phew. Grounder to 1B. Votto bobbles it but keeps it in front of him and makes the flip in time. My heart skipped a beat.

Arroyo gets a groundout to end the inning. A very good start by Arroyo.

Arroyo has always been good working out of trouble.

Bruce with a long 2-run homerun to left. 6-1 Reds. I'm telling ya, Bruce can hit lefties. He crushed them when he first came up and then struggled but he appears to be breaking out of that slump. He's now got three homeruns in his last four games and 10 overall.

Majewski comes in and allows a solo HR to Cameron. Please just release the guy, he's horrible.

I just love Majewski. Such fodder does not need to be on any club. Get him outa here.

    Good grief.
