    1-1 game after 6 1/2.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

Louisville had runners on first and second with nobody out in the 8th and failed to score.

    1-1 after 8.

Another 1-2-3 inning for Roenicke with another strikeout.

    Roenicke: 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K

    Game is 1-1 after 8 1/2.

Yeah, the Reds couldn't use Roenicke in the bullpen.

I've seen R. Ramirez twice (both times at Cooper Stadium in Columbus) and have come away impressed both times. His fastball according to gun at the Coop comes in between 90-94. However, his changeup is his bread and butter pitch. Coming in at 80-83, Ramirez had all the Clippers hitters off balence and out in front in both outings. I also recall him throwing a curveball a handful of times that came in the high 70s. Primarily a two-pitch pitcher, I believe Ramirez profiles best as a middle reliever but with his continuing success as a starter he belongs in Cincinnati tomorrow to replace dreck like Josh Fogg/Homer Bailey.

Stewart come back out for a second inning and walked three batters and suffered the loss. They said they wanted to limit his innings yet he continues to pitch two innings at a time.
