Watson comes in and gives a couple singles. 1-1 runners on the corners in the B8. Watson gets the 3rd out. We go to the 9th 1-1. LeCure gets a no decision.

Can someone give me a scouting report on Ramon Ramirez's stuff? I like his stats a lot this year (more K's than IP -- 141/139... ERA under 4) and I'm curious to learn more about him.

A good fastball that touches 95, a great changeup, and solid breaking ball. He's been a bit of a late bloomer as he'll turn 26 in a few weeks.

Ramirez has definitely earned Cueto's next start. Been pitching GREAT in AAA, is already on the 40 man, and can go on regular rest on Saturday. He and Maloney are basically the only options, with Pettyjohn (eek) having an outside chance. Maybe Livingston?
