I owe you, that is a couple times this week you made me smile and laugh, when I needed it. [/QUOTEY]

Yeah. And that was a couple of times this week that I needed to toss my cookies listening to other teams' announcers. Do these guys ever do any homework?

Somehow, I know the answer to the above question and I have to believe that George, Thom, Marty and the Cowboy are in the same zone. :thumbdown

I assume you're on board with Dusty's quest to help EV get twenty wins, all the way up to 120 pitches here in September?
Not necessarily. Depends on the circumstances.

But everyone is so touchy when it comes to the pithcing. Arroyo was ruined after last year's 120 pitch outing. He seems fine now. Everyone was making plans to donate their elbow ligaments to Harang after the extra inning affair. He seems healthy. Now Volquez is going to be ruined.

Braun has stolen two bases already in this game. Good old Bako.

Volquez strikes out the side in the third. He threw some serious heat that inning.

Edwin with a leadoff single. Let's get something going off this guy. Bush should NOT be able to shut ANYBODY down.

It has been so long that the Reds had anything that looked promising in the pitching that we probably are a bit sensitive to the risk adversity with the pitchers, I know that I am. We all know that they, the Reds are DOA next year and so forth without the pitching.

So he is getting stronger now....does that mean his arm is all better?

I would not have had a problem with him skipping a day....but to say his arm was shot ....well i guess this is going to keep happening whenever he struggles during a start fro here on in.

Keff Keppinger must have reminded those announcers of Dave Chalk or Denny Doyle.

Bruce walks. He's been having some outstanding atbats lately. That's about 10 walks in his last eight+ games.

Castillo singles again. Bases loaded and nobody out for Bako.
