Bruce lines a two out double into the right center gap. That ball was smoked.

Castillo lines a single to RF to score Bruce. That's the first RBI of his career.

Well, that guy that wasn't gonna' play because of the playoff race just drove in Bruce to tie the game.

I enjoy the younger players when they come through or play well, I don't know why, I just enjoy them.

It gives hope.....where there is none....that these rookies will develop into something more than just bench players who get piled on for even being on the roster...let alone getting starts

Chat is open for those who feal up to the challenge.
a super volcano of ridonkulous suckitude.

I simply don't have access to a "cares about RBI" place in my psyche. There is a "mildly curious about OBI%" alcove just before the acid filled lake guarded by robot snipers with lasers which leads to the "cares about RBI" antechamber though. - Nate

Volquez has awful command tonight. It could be a long night.

Edinson's control seems really off tonight.

Volquez just gave up a homer to the big power hitter known as Jason Kendall.

Wow. Did Jason Kendell really just hit a 2-run homerun off Volquez? Unbelievable. That's what happens when you don't have command of anything. He's struggling with all of his pitches tonight.

Yes and they seem to have an energy about them.
