I need computer help...

Just bought a new lap top, it has vista. It won't load any
videos on you-tube, they are all blank boxes. it won't let me log into nfl.com for my fantasy football team. It did work the first week I bought it.

Did I click something I was not suppose to click in the protection mode?

Also I would like to change the built-in mouse so it does not go to a web site that the arrow just rests on for a couple of seconds. I want to click on a "headline" if I want to read it.

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Try updating your video card's drivers to address the YouTube problem.

Pretty sure youtube uses embedded flash files for video. Head to the macromedia/adobe site and download the latest plugin for your browser.

I almost missed that comment, what are you telling us here ?

So did you change the browser settings since the or from the time that it did work and now? If so reset it to the default settings and see if that corrects the problem.
