    I was very surprised Brooks tried that FG. IMO, you never try one with that little time left unless your defense is really bad and UK's is not. They were very lucky the block wasn't ran back for a TD. I think the last man tackled him. The the last play was a near nightmare. That one yard may be the difference this season in UK getting a bowl bid. But it was a win and they are still on par to get the six needed wins to go bowling.

    IIRC, earlier in the week, the players were pretty complacent coming into the game and Brooks went ballistic. Turns out he was pretty much right.

    I expect Kentucky to be a little more focused next week. Brooks can show the tape of that last play all week just to let them see how close they came to blowing it.

    It will help that Middle is a lot better than WKU. The fun starts after that.
