Schumaker lines out softly to Janish for the third out.

According to Thom, the Reds have four starters with 140+ K's in the same season for the first time in team history. Volquez (192), Cueto (153), and Arroyo (15) are all above 150 while Harang is at 143.

Pujols grounds out to Janish for the second out. Ludwick swings at a 1-2 fastball nearly shoulder level and somehow grounds it into right field for a double.

His 1.100 OPS (that's not a typo) is taking a ding these past couple games. <knocks on wood>

Glaus also grounds out to Janish. Harang has thrown six shutout innings on only 74 pitches.

Has Harang topped 88 mph tonight? I've been flipping back and forth and haven't seen that much of the Cardinal at bats but when I have saw them Harang hasn't gotten above 88.

I don't think so. He doesn't have his best stuff tonight but the results have been fantastic.

Bruce K's swinging on a 2-2 high pitch to begin the bottom of the 6th inning. Still a nice atbat.
