I've also enjoyed watching the game but listening to something other than the paid announcers (and the inane commercials) during this season. (I'll put on a podcast or some music, instead) As a result, I have absolutely nothing to complain about re: the Red's TV commentary

Geez. Votto bombs his second one...came a few feet of going out of the stadium.

I find myself at times liking this club's future. And if the kid Chris and George are talking with in the booth turns out to be the real deal, all the better.

Alonso in the booth and Votto almost hits one into the river. Who plays first for the Reds?

Votto, Bruce, and the potential of Alonzo kind of makes you a little warm and fuzzy....

Leaving the office. Maybe I will be able to listen to WLW on the way home. I caught the 9th last night but lost the signal as I entered Franconia Notch when Keppinger had two strikes on him. Nothing like listening to a game while driving at night and looking out for moose and bears.

If I am a Brewers fan, I am very unhappy. Talk about a huge choke.

Fortunately, I am a Reds fan, not having to put up with that pesky playoff run pressure year after year.

3 hits allowed by Ramirez through 4 innings. I really think he could be a good starting pitcher for us. What is his ceiling?

You do realize, beating the Brewers helps the Cubs....

I think we are in the process, Redsfans, of seeing the problem of our #5 starter solved.
