    Arroyo in Colorado.

Bert Blyleven's record would be shattered.

It does matter if it is Holliday or someone else. If the Reds are serious about getting a big righthanded bat that they can put in the number 4 spot, then they will have to give up talent to get that hitter. Now if they go the free agency route, you have the likes of Manny Ramirez and Pat Burrell. And I pretty much can guarantee what Scot Boras gets for Manny Ramirez in free agency, Matt Holliday will get a similar contract.
If you think small, you'll go nowhere in life.

I'd love to have Matt Holliday at Great American Ball Park.

Clint Barmes? Not so much. He's Jamie Carroll with less production.

It would be hilariously ironic if the Reds signed Pat Burrell -- the older, less productive, right-handed Adam Dunn.

    And a higher career BA -- .257 versus Dunn's .247.

So he's got that going for him...

He doesn't strike out quite as much either. Still K's a lot but not as often as Dunner. Marty would still hate him.

Yep, unless the Reds just give up junk or big salaries, the majority of the board will not like the trade.

IMO, no one on this team should be untouchable.

Glad to see you around Krusty.

Why do people rip on the very board they hang out on?

Even the moderators rip the place.

If you don't like what people are saying, leave.

It's more fun to argue and debate with them.

That's why we've got a forum in the first place.

    Oh, I love arguing.

I just don't like when people revert to trashing Redszone every time they don't agree with someone.

If I have an opinion, it's mine. It's not Redszone's.

Good Lord, if what I post reflects the opinion of Redszone, we're in big trouble.

Come after me like a spider monkey. I dig that, but leave Redszone out of it.
