I don't blame him.. They wanted a deal done quick at first, then the Pads thought about just keeping him, then it seemed the Braves had a deal worked out and apparently that wasn't the case. MLBTR states the Cubs remain interested.
The Cubs don't have the prospects to land Peavy.
