I picked up a copy of Moneyball from Half-Priced Books and am about halfway through it and I see that I fought the stats people out of ignorance. Although I will never be a full on stats guru I see how this point of view is valid and how it should be utilized by every Major League Baseball team.
I would like to apologize to anyone who I argued with over stats vs scouts. I have seen the error in my ways and am slowly changing my ways.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.
