On a completely unrelated note, Leslie Frazier, who was the Bengals defensive coordinator the first two years under Marvin, has been up for some of the head coaching jobs lately.
The Raiders could hire Vince Lombardi as head coach, with Bill Walsh to coach the offense and Buddy Ryan to coach the defense, and they still would have problems as long as Al Davis is in charge.
