    Hughes or Bucholz

    Phillip v. Clay

    What do you think the realistic view of each of them is for the upcoming season? Who would you want?

    Starting this as a poll as well, just to see actual numbers relating.

    Long term, without a doubt, I'd rather have Hughes. For 2009, though, it's a tough call, but I'd still go with Hughes. However, it might not be until mid-season that he starts to put it all together.

    I look at Buchholz's K rate, and I'm not sure how he ended up with the lousy numbers he did.

    Personally, I think he is the better of the two.
