    Your degree?

    Hi all,

First thread I've ever started here. I've been a long time member, but I rarely post. Anyway, I'm interested in what, if any post secondary education RedsZoner's have.

I myself am a recently transferred Electrical Engineering major at Wright State University. I was formerly an Engineering Technology major at Miami University but I decided to switch since I wanted a EE degree.

After I get my bachelor's, I don't know if I'll pursue any further education or not. If I do, I'm not sure whether that would be an MBA or a EE Master's Degree. But I have time for that.

    How about you guys?

Sport Business with a minor in Business Administration from The Mount Union College.

Not sure if a master's would help my career all that much, but may go back for Sports Admin or Business Admin down the road

    Re: Your degree?

One year, Duns Scotus College, Southfield, MI (now defunct)
One year at UC, plus some night school and other scattered courses (last one around 1980).

Keep thinking I'll go back. I think I'm a junior and when I last inquired, someone at UC's admission office looked at my transcript and said none of my credits were "fragile" (which means they'd still apply today).

Someday I may go back just to say I've done it. My daughter works at UC and I told her to ask if parents get to go free when their kids work there. No dice.

I've had my own business for 30 years this year, a company my dad started that I took over in 1979.

B.S. in marketing from the University of Dayton (just graduated in December.) Once I get my job and get comfortable in said job, I plan to go back to school for my MBA.
