    BA in Sociology with a Concentration in Analysis Research and a BA Political Science from Wisconsin-Madison.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    This is all awesome stuff guys. I can't believe my first created thread got this many replies.

    Let me ask, what led you to pursue your respective fields of study?? Are you working in the same field you got your degree in? I know some people who work in entirely different industries than those which they majored in, I'm curious how common that actually is.

    My love for sports led me to the journalism profession. I wanted to be a sportswriter. But in the year and a half since graduating, I've decided to take another path. The newspaper industry is a train wreck, and I just want and need something more stable, so that's why I'm going back for teaching. Not the most money in the world, but I love working with students, particularly high school, so I'm happy with my decision.

    BS in Kinesiology-Sports Communication, about three semesters from my MBA-Finance.
