    Valentine's tips

Hey, hey...it's that time of year again where we shower our significant others with sugar!

So share your tips, secrets and warnings ("my wife somehow didn't like the Dyson vacuum cleaner I got her...hmm") here.

Yeah I need ideas too. Thought about a Vermont Teddy Bear but those things are expensive and don't look all that cuddly (Highlifeman is more cuddly than they probably are).

Dinner the night before Valentines' is great, avoid the hastle and the crowds. Then you can spend Valentine's day together at home( or at a roller derby whichever floats your boat.)

Especially since Valentine's Day is on Saturday this year. Nothing says "I love you" like waiting three hours for a table at Olive Garden.
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.

Nothing says " I love you" like never taking someone to the Olive Garden for any reason.
School's out. What did you expect?

Personally I like to munch on breadsticks for a while, suck back a few waters, and then tell the girl it's time to go before the waiter comes around for the 5th time to see if we're "still deciding."

It's a classy way to show a girl a good time.

I 100% completely ignore this holiday. Hate it with all my being. I never get the wife anything.

3 weeks later it's our Anniversary. I save it for then.

Aren't we exempt, being married and all? That's my excuse and it's been working now for 17 years.
