Well, maybe that's his real name, he just falsified his age (which I think is much worse).

Of course this is after I drafted him in the RedsZone dynasty league. If I lose this season, I blame Vlad.

Some interesting details 4 years after the fact. While it seems they are entitled to the $, I think Washington should just forget it. But then again I'm somebody who hates to waste 5 bucks, I could only imagine what a million or so is like.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Its an interesting case. They're suing the insurance company that issued their employee theft policy, because two of their employees were involved in a kickback scheme and (allegedly) knew of the age discrepancy.

Those guys were Josť Baez, director of Dominican Republic operations at the time and Josť Rijo, special assistant to GM Jim Bowden.
