    Well, maybe that's his real name, he just falsified his age (which I think is much worse).

    Some interesting details 4 years after the fact. While it seems they are entitled to the $, I think Washington should just forget it. But then again I'm somebody who hates to waste 5 bucks, I could only imagine what a million or so is like.

    Its an interesting case. They're suing the insurance company that issued their employee theft policy, because two of their employees were involved in a kickback scheme and (allegedly) knew of the age discrepancy.

    Those guys were José Baez, director of Dominican Republic operations at the time and José Rijo, special assistant to GM Jim Bowden.
