didn't realize we were in the Old-Timer's league together, might be a good time to take a flyer on Barry Bonds here I'd probably grab an RP, if not get another OF

I drafted Chris B. Young (ARI-OF) with my Eighth Round pick. What should I look for in the Ninth? I am thinking maybe getting my RP or a Starting Pitcher or maybe start working on my bench more.

Encarnacion, Hawpe, Loney, and Iannetta are the best guys left at each position overall. But of course it depends on what stats your team needs...

These are good choices, I would add the following guys to target:

Chris Perez, Nady, Choo, Ankiel, Josh Johnson and if Pedro Sandoval is still available, go get him

I love getting Chris Perez late in drafts. I also like adding Sandoval to my bench if I don't get one of the elite backstops...

In my last draft Sandoval never even got drafted. Choo isn't projecting very well by some sites. Harnahan sucks but he's a lock for the Nats closer, which is always important.

Re: Draft advice needed. I just took over a keeper team.

I dont like chasing guys really early for saves cause thats usually the only category (and maybe K's) that they really really help with. Every year multiple teams change their closers during the year so you can always find guys later on/post draft. Id probably go Encarncion or Hawpe and start with the bench then maybe look at another catcher since VMart could play 1b if needed or another SP (non ace maybe a guy whos #2 or 3 on a very good team to get an arm for when your other starters arent).

Re: Draft advice needed. I just took over a keeper team.

I drafted Chris Iannetta (COL-C) with my Ninth Round pick. Hanrahan was drafted one pick before me. What should I look for in the Tenth? I am thinking maybe getting my RP or a Starting Pitcher or maybe start working on my bench more. Encarncion is still available. Loney is as well. Hawpe was already drafted,

If Lindstrom is still available I'd go with him, then Josh Johnson, then Loney

I drafted Edwin Encarnacion (Cin - 3B) with my Tenth Round pick. What should I look for in the Eleventh? I am thinking maybe getting my RP or a Starting Pitcher or maybe start working on my bench more. Loney is still available. Does my bench need another 2B or should I get more starting Pitching? Xavier Nady is also still available as a OF.
