    Ankiel or Headley

I'm in a NL-only league with a $260 cap. We can keep six players for up to three years. I'm trying to decide between Rick Ankiel and Chase Headley for my final keeper spot:

Ankiel, 1 yr left on contract, $10 price tag.

Headley, 2 yrs left on contract, $5 price tag.

    Who would you take?
If you think small, you'll go nowhere in life.

At first glance, I would have gone with Headley and felt good about it because I love his potential, but the lack of hitters in the Pads' lineup has me concerned. It's a tough choice, but I think I'd go for Ankiel thanks to being on the same team as Pujols.

I would go with Ankiel. 25 HR's in 120 games last year although batting avg. won't be great. $10 for 1 year and then he's gone, worth the risk in my opinion but your other keepers might factor into it.
More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.

If your squad can handle the low BA and needs some power go with Rick Ankiel. The conservative pick is clearly Headley because he is cheaper...
