    Your 2009 NCAA Tournament Thread

Morehead State up 9-2 over Alabama State.

Chief Kickingstallionsims has to be one of the best names I have ever heard.

Morehead State might be my new favorite team since my other can't make it to the tourny

Go Eagles! They are looking good to be Louisville's sacrificial lamb Friday night. Glad to see them in the Dance as they are the only Kentucky team I never remember being there (I was 7 in 1984).

I was there. Brutal game. Tindall won't be at Morehead long. He knows what he is doing. Lots of folks up from Morehead. Over 11k in the house. Opening round record. Dayton is the perfect place for that game.

Spoke to Keith Dambrot today for about 10 minutes today....very down to earth guy.
He's also very, very realistic about their chances of winning Thursday.

Dayton has always supported that game well. ESPN focused in on Tindalls daughter during the last part of the game. Very cute little girl having the time of her life sitting on the bench with daddys team. You won't see that at a big time program. I thought it was hilarious when they showed her pulling out a rice krispies bar to snack on. Looked like the players didn't mind her being there either. One of them was carrying her off the flooor at the end of the game.

I've got ESPN2 on right now, and for the fourth morning in a row, Mike and Mike have sat and rambled on and on and on about their brackets. I can't believe they have made this their main talking point every day this week. Change the subject already!

Yeah, they should talk about something different like the NFL because they never talk about that.

That has been my schedule for the opening round games every year for quite some time. Can't do it today though and that SUCKS.

Do I have some kind of problem that I've taken off the first Friday of every NCAA tournament since I was 16?

Yes, because you should be taking off every Thursday as well.

I have been taking off days for the first round for years. I am going to have to miss more of the tournament this year than I ever have because I have to travel for work next week which means I have to miss the whole sweet sixteen round but at least I will see the start of the tournament.
