Glad to see Valaika get one; I was starting to get a little worried about him. I'd like to see him in the Reds infield by July. That'll give Phillips a head start on adjusting to SS by 2010.
Heisey leads off Carolina game with homer off Glavine!!
always liked Heisey, pesky hitter that drives you nuts at the plate and on the bases

I really wish the Reds would use someone other than Avery to hold Carroll's spot in the rotation. I'd like to see what DeJesus or Viola could do with those innings.
I've been saying for two years now that they should put Avery in the bullpen.
Glavine left early shoulder injury per rotoworld
How about the start Chris Heisey is off to? Through four games, he's 6-for-13 with two doubles and a home run. He's walked five times and struckout just once and is 2-for-2 in the stolen base department. Heisey may be the most underrated prospect in the Reds organization.
