The very first pack of cards that I bought with my own money from my paper route was a pack of 1975 Topps. When I opened it, the very first card I saw was George Foster. I was never so ecstatic, nor have I been since. (Seriously, which is kinda sad) Foster immediately became my favorite player. That moment is also the most vivid memory from my childhood. I can remember it better than I can remember anything I did last week.
