Travis Wood is now on the hook for the loss in the game after allowing 1 hit and 3 walks in 6.2 innings. He left two runners on and an error led to both runs coming across the plate.

Andrew Bowman threw a 1-2-3 7th inning with 2 K's in relief of Fairel. Dayton pitchers have 14 K's in 7 innings tonight.

Dayton now up 6-3 after Andrew Bowman has allowed 2 runs (not sure if both are earned).

Francisco is ice cold. Maybe now is as good a time as ever to send him to Instructional League to begin working behind the plate? It could also be Frazier's ticket back to 3B, although the way things are going, he could be in Louisville with Rosales in Cincy by Memorial Day.
