Sign Mark Mulder to a minor league deal?

Prior to the start of Spring Training as well as during Spring Training the rotation was very strong. The rotation does have question marks.. with Arroyo and his carpo-tunnel.. Yes he is getting run support and pitching through it, Owings bat is better then his arm and granted it is two starts, I think you it would be nice to sign Mulder to a minor league deal. Allow Arroyo to heal... When he returns move him into Owings slot and Owings to the Pen. Any thoughts?

If you're going to replace anyone in the rotation it would be Cueto before Arroyo. This Carpal Tunnel thing is and was a non-factor.

I cannot underscore enough how much nothing Mulder had when he was in Memphis last on rehab. Less than nothing. Yearn for Jimmy Anderson nothing. Where is Dave Williams when you need him nothing.

He still has a recognizable name. For some folks, that's all you need.
How do we know he's not Mel Torme?

I think the Dodgers are taking a look at Mulder.

Mulder and Scully could be reunited!
