OBM, how did you beat me with that? I am listening to the game and literally typed that before Cozart even got to 2nd base! lol

I just knew what was going to happen.

Nah, I'm following via Gameday. Maybe the radio is on a slight delay or something?

Francisco grounded out to move Cozart to third. Frazier got ahead 3-0, took a called strike and then lined a single to RF. 2-1 Carolina.

The Internet Audio is about 6 seconds behind the actual radio broadcast. At least for Bats games.

After Logan Parker popped out, Frazier stole second base but Michael Griffin popped out to end the inning.

    2-1 Carolina after one inning.

Bolivar leads off the game with a double for Louisville. Valaika struckout. I'm very surprised by the early seasons struggles of Valaika. I saw him down in spring training with the Reds and he hit the ball hard in every atbat. He hit well to all parts of the field. After he was reassigned to Louisville, he continued crushing the ball, it just hasn't carried over to the regular season yet. I think he'll be fine, though. IIRC, he's always been a bit of a slow starter.

Bolivar was then picked off. Rosales followed with a single to extend his hitting streak to six games. Bankston walked. Two on and two outs for Gomes.

    Gomes flied out.

Jordan Smith just gave up a HR. Carolina down 5-2, 4 of the runs are earned. The HR was just over the 309 wall, so it was certainly a cheapie.

Jordan Smith is getting roughed up. Carolina trails 5-2 in the third inning.

    Doug beat me to it.
